The Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal has five full-time members: Mtre. Kim Lachapelle, president, Mtre. Jean-Pierre Cristel, vice-president, Mtre. Antonietta Melchiorre, vice-president and Mtre Christine Dubé and Mtre Jean-Nicolas Boutin Wilkins, administrative judges. 

The members of the Tribunal are appointed by the Québec government for a five-year term of office.

The government designates, from among the members of the Tribunal, a president and the number of vice-president it determines.

They exercise their functions on a full-time basis. The chair coordinates and assigns the work of the members.
