Under the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information, public bodies must distribute certain information on their website.

The Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information obliges certain public bodies governed by the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (the Act) to distribute documents and information through a website, insofar as the information has been made acessible by law.
According to the 8th paragraph of section 4 of the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information the Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal must distribute the documents sent under a request for access, together with the anonymized decision of the person in charge of access to documents, except for documents containing :
a) personal information, unless the information is considered public information within the meaning of section 55 of the Act;
b) information supplied by a third person within the meaning of section 23 or 24 of the Act;
c) information whose communication must be refused under section 28, 28.1, 29 or 29.1 of the Act.
As of April 1st, 2015, the anonymized decisions and documents sent are distributed below, in chronological order of the decisions rendered by the person in charge of access to documents, followed by the title of the document sent :
